Granite Guides
I took Intro to Outdoor Climbing 101 and learned significantly more than I expected. This was a very thorough course that was a thoughtfully designed blend of big-picture concepts and hands-on application. Great location, fantastic guides, and I appreciated the ability to borrow gear-- overall an awesome way to spend a summer weekend.

I have done two courses with them already and have only great things to say. Lucas and Brendan know a lot, can teach well, and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.With their help I have had a fantastic (and safe) summer out at the crags.

Fantastic experience, fabulous guide! Matthew is incredibly experienced and safety conscious, considered our (very beginner) skill levels and managed to provide the perfect level of challenge. Highly recommend Granite Guides for climbing in Nova Scotia. What a great way to make memories with friends.

Highly recommend Granite Guides! We were 4 beginners - 2 adults and 2 teens. Matthew was a great guide. We had an amazing experience - really had a taste for rock climbing while feeling very safe at all times. Thank you Matthew!

Took the 101 course and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Left feeling competent enough to climb top rope outdoors with the ability to access and setup anchors in a varitey of scenarios. Plus, Lucas and Brendan were awesome guides!
